Today the scorching summer heat gave way to a small but much needed rainfall. It's uncommon for my Northern California city to have rain in the summer months, even without the drought, but it's reminded me how much I miss dressing for cool weather (as well as the blissful smell of rain). So here's some inspiration for how to dress if your town is blessed by drizzles or storms this summer.
